Terms of Service
These terms and conditions govern your use of TaxiGo's premium taxi services across Belgium and neighboring countries.
By accessing or using TaxiGo's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users of our service, including passengers, website visitors, and anyone who accesses or uses our booking platform.
TaxiGo provides premium taxi and transportation services across Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, and Germany. Our services include:
- Point-to-point transportation with professional drivers
- Airport transfers and long-distance journeys
- Various vehicle categories (Economy, Standard, Luxury, Van, Luxury Van)
- 24/7 booking availability through our online platform
- Corporate and group transportation services
All vehicles are professionally maintained, fully insured, and operated by licensed drivers.
Booking Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
- Accurate pickup and destination addresses must be provided
- Valid contact information is required for all bookings
- Advance bookings can be made up to 30 days ahead
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive email confirmation with booking details, driver information, and vehicle details before your scheduled pickup time.
Waiting Time
Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup location at no additional charge. After 15 minutes, additional waiting time may be charged at €2 per minute.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT. Pricing is based on distance, vehicle type, and additional services requested. Final prices are confirmed during the booking process.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required to confirm your booking.
Additional Charges
- Tolls and parking fees (where applicable)
- Waiting time beyond 15 minutes: €2 per minute
- Additional stops: €5 per stop
- Child seats: €10 per seat
- Cleaning fee for vehicle damage: €50-200
Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to appear at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, you will be charged the full booking amount.
Our Insurance Coverage
All TaxiGo vehicles are fully insured with comprehensive commercial insurance covering passengers, third parties, and property damage. Our drivers are professionally licensed and insured.
Limitation of Liability
TaxiGo's liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding the amount paid for the transportation service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While we assist in recovering lost items, TaxiGo is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in service termination:
- Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward drivers or staff
- Smoking, vaping, or consuming illegal substances in vehicles
- Transporting dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items
- Excessive intoxication that poses safety risks
- Providing false or fraudulent information
- Attempting to damage or vandalize vehicles
We reserve the right to refuse service and pursue legal action for violations.
